Step 1 : Unlock Bootloader via Sony Mobiles official guide from here - http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/instructions

Step 2 : Install Flashtool by downloading it from official website , the link is provided above.

Open Flashtool (after installed), get installed Sony companion software on PC well before, so that Flashtool can detect your phone.

• Enable debugging mode on your phone (Setting>developer options) 
• Enable unknown sources (Setting>security)
